The mission of the Canonsburg Main
Street Program is to stimulate renewed interest in preserving and
invigorating the Business District of Canonsburg while providing
support and resources to the community. Success in this endeavor
is dependent upon the creation of partnerships amongst merchants,
property owners, civic and government leaders so that all are working
toward the common goal of sustainable growth and prosperity. |

Update The funding resources program will provide financial reimbursement as a match-grant following application and approval by the Design Review Board. All intended projects must adhere to the Review Process prior to beginning any renovation project. The Review Board is responsible for reviewing, approving/denying, or offering recommendations for adjustments on all submitted proposals for Main Street Area properties. In order to obtain funding, applications must be received by the Review Board and their recommendations must be incorporated into the applicants finished plan. The Review Board will uphold a fiscal responsibility to both the Program and to the applicant. (Applications and information packets will be available shortly.) |
